The Svakom Nova are a set of 3 kegel exercisers of graduating weights which can help improve and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. This is really helpful for orgasm strength and control, urinary incontinence, and as part of recovery after giving birth. Nova kegel balls are really comfortable and easy to use. Just insert your chosen size vaginally the way you would with a tampon. Sometimes using a little water based lubricant is helpful.

Svakom recommend starting with the single ball and using it for 30 minutes per day for 30 days, then progress to the medium weight for 30 days, and finally the heaviest weight for 30 days.
